Cegid Peoplenet ClickOnce launcher

This extension enables ClickOnce apps in Google Chrome. This extension adds support for launching ClickOnce applications from Google Chrome. It is needed for launching the Cegid Peoplenet product although it can be used with any ClickOnce-based application.
